iVersta Club Reward Points Earning Program

Our Club Member participants are entitled for 1 (one) point on each CAD dollar spent for qualifying rentals (or on it`s equivalent in the currency of the booking). The points are calculated on car rental charges only (excluding SUV and Minivan class rentals).

The qualifying rental amount does not include optional charges and fees, such as: insurance coverage options, additional driver charges, fuel purchases, additional mileage charges, car seat charges, etc. The reward points will not be awarded on taxes, tax reimbursement, governmental surcharges or vehicle license fees, airport related fees, tolls.

Each person must participate separately and must have only one account within the Program. Participation in the Program is not transferable. Points and rewards are transferable only between the close family members.

Corporations and other entities may participate in the form of Corporate Club Membership or individual Club Member Program.

Points will not be issued on the following type rentals: dealer replacement, body shop replacement or fleet replacement rentals; rentals by iVersta employees, and rentals using travel industry or partner sites rates/discounts, tour and wholesale rentals, and convention rate rentals, or rentals made under any special Member Program.

Points do not expire as long as the Club Member has any program activity in the prior 24 months. Activity means that the member either earned or redeemed points during qualifying period.

 

Account Information

 Club Members can obtain an information on their account by calling to iVersta main Canada Head Office (contacts available on our web site Iversta.com ).

Once you request the reward points to be used against your car rental reservation (and once it will be accepted and allocated by our rental office) those points will be automatically deducted from your account. Once the Points are redeemed and a rental reservation is made, any changes, modifications or cancellations to the Reward reservation may be made by calling iVersta main Canada Head Office (contacts available on our web site www.iversta.com ).

In case of the cancelation, your points will be returned back to you only if the reservation was canceled within 72 hours prior to the pickup time. The reward points will NOT be refunded in the case of no shows or early vehicle returns.

The club members are responsible for payment of the governmental surcharges, taxes, tax reimbursement, vehicle license fees and airport related fees.

Our rewards points cannot be used with any other discount, promotion, coupons, discount program, etc.

Club Members Rewards Points are not exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash or credit under any circumstances. Tax liabilities arising from the Members Program is the sole responsibility of the member.

General Terms & Conditions

Iversta Rentals has the right to change, limit or modify Membership Program rules, Rewards, Reward Program structure and points collection rules at any time with or without notice. The number of Rewards Points required to redeem for any reward may be changed (increased or decreased) without prior notice. Rewards or it`s redemption may be withdrawn or restrictions can be imposed at any time. Club Members may not be able to obtain all offered rewards in one time at the specific circumstances and points redemption is the subject to our rental office approval.

Iversta Rentals reserves the right to terminate the Club Members Program at any time with three months prior notice to it`s members with or without advance notice, if required by applicable law or under the events beyond Iversta Rentals reasonable control.
